Three Ridge Consulting was founded on a straightforward idea: that growing companies deserve the same quality of Salesforce work that enterprise firms get — without the enterprise overhead, the rotation of junior consultants, or the proposals that seem designed to extend the engagement rather than solve the problem.
The practice is built on more than twenty years of hands-on Salesforce administration, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. That’s not a resume line — it means I’ve seen what breaks, what lasts, and how to build systems that hold up when your team grows or your process changes.
